There are a lot of choices to consider when you are planning to install an in-ground pool. What kind of pool deck do you want: stone, brick, or cement? If your yard already has a fence, do you want to install an additional fence around the pool? Do you want a vinyl liner, tile, gunite or fiberglass pool? Will you incorporate a spa? Do you want heat? Do you want water features like a water fall, or endless design? What size are you thinking about? Will you have stairs, a ladder, both or neither? What shape did you have in mind? All these questions and more will have an effect on the finished cost, and the cost of yearly maintenance.

A rectangle 16 X 32, or a 20 X40 steel walls with foam and a vinyl liner, 4 foot shallow end sloped to 8 foot deep end, cement deck with aluminum coping, accompanied with stairs and a ladder, one skimmer, one bottom drain and two jets for re-circulating water, with a Diatomaceous earth filter and a Hayward 1hp pump. Total cost 17-25k installed

Gunite pools are at a minimum twice the cost of a vinyl liner pool, as they require a lot more labor and additional materials. Gunite pools are more durable, are pet friendly, and allow for custom features.

We are available to resurface gunite pools. After years of use, gunite pool surfaces can be come rough, we restore your pools surface to a smooth finish. If you want to completely restore your old pool, add a decorative tile, or just seal a crack, we are ready and willing to give you a free estimate or more information.

Above Ground Pool Installation & Assembly

Any monkey with a screw gun and a laser level can install an above ground pool. Properly preparing your yard, building a good base, and taking the time to do it right are another matter.
